Some SFI Students start their acting careers before even graduating! "Fragile" is a film by Viktor Bury starring SFI Actors Zach Dolgin and Timo Tulafono.

Special shouts out to recent SFI graduate Devyn Snow for being recognized for his hard work in experimental filmmaking by the Artists of color Expo and Symposium! Devyn has three films debuting at the event this weekend!

This past weekend on the 10th we held our 2nd Graduation of 2024 with speaker student speaker Brenden Garrison and commencement speaker Abie Ekenezar. Congratulations Graduates!! That's a wrap! You did it! Continue to make great things! ❤️

This just in: The Final Exorcist written and directed by Alumni McClain High has been selected to be shown at Seattle Film Summit's festival!

This just in! Two of our students films will be shown at West Sound Film Festival within the next week! "Somnium" directed by Wesley Klingele and "Paranoia" directed by 2019 filmmaking alum Izabel Babic.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Film Crew Town Hall hosted by the Seattle Film Commission. So many incredible things are happening for WA's film industry and there’s much more work to be done! Grateful to have spent an evening in conversation and community! 💙

Seattle Film Institute campus and administration offices will be closed July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Teachers who have classes scheduled are welcome - but not obligated - to schedule make-up class sessions directly with their students.
