@GlobalBTA At WINiT we are working to support women in the industry through educational programming, mentorship and networking events. A continued focus on career development and helping women at all levels reach their goals is a key focus for us and for many in the industry.

@GlobalBTA For an example in the travel industry we have the first female CEO of a global airline, Anne Rigail. Of course there are so many historical figures, Rosa Parks, Laura Secord, Margaret Thatcher...there are so many remarkable women making real change in the world!
