i've been carefully crafting these environments for more than a year now. ever changing, ever evolving, each has a story of its own. felt like an impossible task at the start, and it’s far from done, not even close. but it already feels so much more alive. to me, every concept, every story begins with a place. for as long as i can remember, i’ve been thinking about a world first, and then about the characters in it. when i started working on gaias, it was no different. i had to think about places, before even beginning to create characters. ever since, i find myself completely immersed in those landscapes. from ancient megalopolises to vast ocean shores, through deserts and rolling hills. i am everywhere at the same time i am mentally there this is where i tweet from this is where i make art
