Exactly 34 years ago today — January 17, 1992 — Pearl Jam tore through the historic Moore Theatre in Seattle. A sold-out crowd of just 1,350 packed the place, with Gruntruck opening, and the band still raw, hungry, and riding the early wave of Ten. That night, they filmed the legendary "Even Flow" video—those iconic crowd-surfing shots and Eddie's wild balcony climbs (mostly captured during Porch) became the blueprint for the clip, thanks to Josh Taft's cameras. The set was pure fire: kicking off with Release straight into Even Flow, Once, State of Love and Trust, Alive, Black... building to Jeremy and Porch, then encores featuring Leash, Breath, and the very first live performance of Baba O'Riley to close it out. Intimate, explosive Seattle grunge energy in one of the city's most beautiful old theaters—electric from start to finish. This show captures everything that made Pearl Jam explode: the hunger, the connection, the moment before the world fully caught on.
