@AmericanAir flight AA4926 from Kansas City to Chicago 4 hour delay and it’s only a 45 minute flight. Then you lost my luggage and was never put on my flight but you had over 6 hours to get it onto to plane. What are you guys doing? I try calling and it’s over a 2 hour wait. 🖕

@AmericanAir I did go to baggage services but you guys don’t deliver past 8pm and I have medication in my luggage and delivery is not until 12pm tomorrow. You guys are very smart.
