Le PDG du CNRS vient d’annoncer un moratoire sur son projet de « Key labs ». C’est heureux, mais il aurait été juste que certains présidents d’université renoncent, dans le même temps, à leur souhait de transformer le CNRS en une agence de moyens fournissant les personnels et les moyens à des programmes dont ils seraient les seuls gestionnaires. En attendant, alors que cette guerre picrocholine absconse est totalement incomprise à l’extérieur, la CMP va sans doute valider la purge sur le budget de l’ESR. Nous allons donc accepter collectivement, sans coup férir, que la loi de programmation budgétaire de la recherche soit la seule qui ne soit pas respectée dans le budget pour 2025. Nos élites n’aiment pas la science et l’université, sans les distinguer…
