@IcedCityy @Oghener0 No he’s not. He’s a good tactician but a horrible man manager. He doesn’t know how to deal with adversity at all, whenever Chelsea go one man down or have a few injuries he doesn’t have any solutions. He’s not the kind of guy that’s going to motivate the dressing room
