I averaged 10 hours of studying per day last week during my school’s “reading break” of no classes, one day I studied 14 hours. Only didn’t cut because I didn’t have time. This is my attempt at “health”

Just a little tip if you don’t have steri strips - you can make your own with medical tape Tearing “guidelines” in the middle before twisting (like the one pictured on the right) is helpful as well

Weird source of validation I’ve been finding recently: participating in psych studies only to have them tell me to urgently go to the ER (kind of doxxing myself with this but shh)

One of my greatest accomplishments as someone with an ASD diagnosis is acting so neurotypical my psychiatrist said I actually “might not have autism”. I am henceforth cured 😃

@silveredirisse I’m semi-recovered (weight restored but thoughts still there sometimes). Don’t really post often about ED though. Good for you for considering recovery 🤍

Still thinking about that one time the sh/suicide team discharged me to the ED team which discharged me to a second sh/suicide team which then admitted me to hospital following which they all promptly CLOSED MY FILE and now I don’t have a therapist anymore ✌️
