Yup.

We see the world based on our beliefs. Our perception creates our reality. Our perception is our truth. Our truth isn’t necessarily THE truth.

10% of the time it really is scary and I can’t manage it alone. That’s when I ask for help. When I ask *the right people* for help they lead me to where I need to be. Which in turn creates better friendships and increasing my overall happiness.

The thing about anxiety is it never really goes away. The only to make it stop is to say “fuck you i’m doing it anyway” 90% of the time, once I actually do the thing that scares me it turns out to be not scary at all.

Anyone can become a source of inspiration. They can inspire you to understand yourself and to better understand what you do or don’t want in life. Self-awareness is required for this.

I’m grateful that we met and got a chance to become friends for a few years. I’m grateful that some of the great parts of her personality rubbed off on me, and grateful that I got to better understand from her what I don’t want in my own life.

There was a woman that I admired. When I first got to know her I thought “wow! I wanna be like you. You seem so awesome!” As I got to know her deeper, as I learned about her personal life, the more I realized fuck no I don’t want to be like that..

If you see someone you perceive as wealthy, take note that you have zero understanding of how many credit cards they own, how much debt they have accumulated, what % of their income maintains their appearance.
