high maintenance things i do to stay low maintenance
• wax my entire body every month (the hairs get finer and sparse with every waxing sesh too), so i don’t have to shave everyday
• buy solid gold jewellery so i can wear beautiful pieces forever without taking them off/worrying about tarnishing
• buy high quality linen, cotton and 100% silk clothing items so they can be worn longer
• take care of my skin with good products, so i don’t have to wear heavy makeup
• invest in a high quality foundation so i don’t have to worry about breaking out
• take care of my nails so they naturally grow stronger and longer so i dont have to get fake nails every other week
• moisturize my hair ends every day with a good leave-in conditioner so i don’t have to trim split ends every other month
• take care of my hormonal health/diet so i can maintain good health/radiance naturally instead of suddenly realizing that i have let myself go, which takes a lot more effort to bounce back from
• red light a few times a week + a good sunscreen every day to keep my skin healthy and protected
• face yoga and scalp massages every day to keep my fascia hydrated even as i grow older
• 100% silk pillowcases to keep my skin and hair soft

The trailer looks okayish bit too violent for my taste. Akshaye looks fab and Rampal does too. Madhavan seems smarty, well Sanju is Sanju, but I don’t understand why Ranveer, being the lead, didn’t have much screen space. I just can’t figure him out. #Dhurandhar

@rajvishah30 Seems lovely BTW could you please share the airbnb detail plz
English

We covered Switzerland + Italy in 15 days, (round trip for 5 people) and it’s been one of the most scenic, chaotic, and memorable trips ever.
We booked all our Airbnbs well in advance, around ₹1L per place for 5 people, super fair for the views and location
Sharing our full itinerary + small travel tips that actually helped

@LukeCoutinho17 Thank you luke, but what is the best time to have vit D in India n for how much for fair Indian skin (I keep on hearing 10am to 2pm)

LOW VITAMIN D levels ? Wake up India
I’m going to teach you a simple way to naturally get your levels up .
Have also included a simple AI prompt that you can use to help you if confused ….
Note that regular D3 checks are recommended to see if you need supplementation ( your doctor will decide that ) as low D3 levels is linked with way more than bone health ,,,immunity,, inflammation, hormone balance , energy, cholesterol production fat loss metabolism and more ….
Number one - getting sunlight thru a closed window doesn’t work or help , it needs to be direct on your skin .
UVB rays from the sun (wavelengths 290–315 nm) trigger vitamin D production in your skin, which supports bone health, immunity, and overall well-being.
Just 10–30 minutes of exposure a few times a week can meet most people’s vitamin D needs, depending on skin type, location, and season.
However, UVB rays are only present when the UV Index (UVI) is above 0, and their intensity varies by time of day, latitude, and weather. Too much exposure, especially during peak hours, can burn your skin, so timing is key.
UVB rays are strongest when the sun is high (typically 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM), but for safe vitamin D synthesis, aim for the edges of this window , when UVB rays first become available (around sunrise) or late afternoon.. These times offer enough UVB for vitamin D production with lower risk of harm, as the sun’s intensity is gentler.
How to Safely Get UVB Exposure
Expose enough skin - Aim for 25–50% of your skin (e.g., arms, legs, or back) without sunscreen for the short duration. if you can sunbathe naked or bare bare backed you increase surface area and can spend lesser time ….
UVB availability depends on your latitude, altitude, and season. Near the equator (like Mumbai, 19°N), UVB is present most of the year, starting shortly after sunrise. In higher latitudes (e.g., Sydney, Australia, 33°S), UVB may be weaker in winter, requiring longer exposure or midday timing. Apps or weather websites can provide your local UV Index to confirm UVB presence.
To make it easy, check your local UV Index using a weather app or website (e.g., AccuWeather, Weather Underground). UVB is present when UVI > 0, but for vitamin D, aim for UVI 1–3 for safety. In Mumbai, 7:00 AM or 4:00 PM typically hits this sweet spot.
I look at my weather app and if the UVI is greater than one which is usually the case soon after sunrise and before sunset, i get my 10 - 15 - 20 minutes ,,its gentle , doesn’t burn , harm the skin .
I will make it simple for you , as i use this many times, when i travel, using the best of AI ..here’s the prompt …
"Hey [AI name], I’m in [city, country] today. When do UVB rays start and end, and what’s the best time to get 10–15 minutes of sun exposure for vitamin D with minimal risk of skin damage? Please base your answer on sunrise, sunset, and UV Index data."
You can use the above prompt or just use a good weather app ..
2-3 times a week, 10 - 15 - 20 minutes if great and usually enough , also depends on the colour of your skin so respect that point ….darker skin, needs more time ( 10 - 20 or more , lighter skin needs lesser )
No sunscreen please if ypo u doing it when UVI is 1 …..
Wake up India …let’s start fixing our Vitamin Deficiency .

@drpraneetajain I’ve noticed lines going downward from the inner eye (tear trough lines), from the nose corners downward (nasolabial folds), and from the mouth corners downward (marionette lines). Are these early signs of aging? If yes, what measures can I take?
Thank you
English

@drpraneetajain Is red light therapy for the face and hair really worth it, and if so, which brand to use at home? How long should each session be, how many days a week, and do I need to apply anything before or after? N any precautions plz
Thank you.

Vit C serums are one of the most common skincare products that most of you include in your routine. But sadly, most of you do it without proper research. So how do you know if you need to use Vit C serum or not? Find out by the end of this thread🧵
