Hi @HondaCarIndia I was planning for Honda Elevate top model. But I am worried about the govt's future planning to implement more #Adultrated E30 petrol in the next 5 years without any #analysis. Just wanted to know your thoughts and plan to introduce E30 compatible car.

@atherenergy same issue of sync came third time. Tried reboot dashboard and log out/login. Still it's not working. Is there any permanent resolution to this issue or every time I need to raise a complaint for the same issue? App version 12.5.1

In Parliament, I explained why India must put land & property records on BLOCKCHAIN. Land records in India are in utter chaos. Ordinary citizens are made to run from pillar to post at registrar offices, while dalals and middlemen capture the system. Circle rates are exploited to fuel cash deals, property tax leakages continue, fake documents and encroachments multiply, and disputes over title never end. The numbers tell the story: •⁠ ⁠66% of all India’s civil disputes are land disputes. •⁠ ⁠45% of properties lack a clear title. •⁠ ⁠48% are already under dispute. •⁠ ⁠India ranks 133 out of 190 in property registration efficiency. •⁠ ⁠Even a simple property sale can take 2 to 6 months. When disputes arise, civil courts take 7 years on average to resolve them. •⁠ ⁠And 6.2 crore property documents are still pending digitisation. That is why I argued in Parliament for a National Blockchain Property Register. Time stamped, tamper proof, fully transparent. It can make title verification instant, and ensure every sale, mutation and inheritance is recorded cleanly and traceably in realtime. Countries like Sweden, Georgia and the UAE have shown what is possible. Transactions can finish in minutes, and dispute rates fall sharply. India must move from chaos to clarity. From a land record system that creates obstacles to one that prevents them.

India needs to move towards One Nation, One Medical Treatment, where access to best medical care is available to all, regardless of income or influence. That is exactly why I questioned the low health allocation in this Budget and demanded a relook in Parliament. In this Budget, health gets around 2% of total government expenditure, roughly ₹1 lakh crore. But the real gap is bigger. Under the National Health Policy 2017, India committed to spending 2.5% of GDP on public health. In 2026, we are still at around 0.5% of GDP.We are nowhere near our own target. Other countries understand the value of health spending. Kyonki jaan hai toh jahaan hai. The US spends around 18% of GDP on healthcare, the UK around 12%, Germany around 13%, and countries like Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Japan and Spain spend around 10%. The consequences are visible. Government hospitals are understaffed and under-equipped. Overworked doctors, too few beds, shortages of machines and medicines, and waiting dates that delay treatment. When families cannot wait, they are pushed to excruciatingly expensive private hospitals. One health emergency then becomes a debt emergency.

My Demand: Make Long Term Capital Gain TAX on Equities NIL for individual investor. I welcome the hike in STT (security transaction tax) on derivatives as it can curb reckless speculation. Nearly 90% of retail investors lose money in F&O, turning markets into gambling. When STT was originally introduced, LTCG was zero. But now with both STT and LTCG in place, investors are disincentivised. I urge the govt to abolish LTCG on equities for individuals, as done in Switzerland, Singapore, UAE & others. This will boost household wealth, reduce speculation, and shift savings from gold & real estate into equities.

@atherenergy Scooter is not getting synced with any of the mobile app. Tried on 3 different mobile handsets. Tried to raise a ticket from the mobile app, it's showing an error creating a ticket.

@ourvadodara I don't think these videos are as per actual. Existing roads are poor quality cement roads. Which increases the probability of accidents.
