@Niva_Bupa i have raised policy cancellation under free lookup period. Services request number 26818248. I got mail feedback asking to upload cancelled cheque via insta assist.after following the steps to upload, it says no policy found and has no option to upload any document.

@IncomeTaxIndia why the process of itr refund has been slowed ? I see there are itr refunds pending since july. Whats the actual issue? You dont have the man power ? Or you dont have enough budget and bandwidth to work on refunds?
