@shamayne8 Can you first check and make sure that you do have the latest version of the app and that no updates are sitting waiting to be done. Also if you can check the connectivity for example your Wifi or 3G/4G, is it weak connection or loss of connectivity? 2/4

@BarclaysUKHelp Hello, I need help with my logging ins. Getting error code 00002 on the app and error code 300 on browser have updated phone and the app still getting this have had no access to my account for over 4 days and calls taking long to even connect. Help 😢

After a tweet I posted about my order on the 2nd of March I am really impressed with Maya from @TheBodyShopUK she was very quick to reply and helped me with an order I had been struggling with since the 17th of Feb. I am happy with the body shop and grateful for the gift.

@beautybayhelp I really need help with an order I made in February. I’ve not received my order and all I got was an email saying order cancelled due to security Also the email said I would get my refund but I have nothing since 17 February. I paid over £160 for my order help plz

Just when you’ve been answered by one of @BarclaysUK customer advisor they hang up on you and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours 15min on the phone on hold
