TMZ reports #KyleRichards sued her sister #KimRichards last year in an effort to kick her out of her condo in Encino. Kyle said Kim was living there for years, but she told her to leave in late 2024. In the lawsuit she filed against Kim, Kyle sought possession of the house & wanted $140 per day from her for every day she stayed past her welcome. Kim never responded to Kyle’s lawsuit so a default judgement was entered in March 2025 & Kim was required to surrender possession of the property. Given that Rocky Horror on stage and in cinemas is known for wild audience participation, how do you feel about the Broadway revival discouraging it? Given that this is a different production to the one people know and it is live theatre, I get it in this case.
