Josh Brolin is on a legendary heater right now. Forget that he starred in Dune 2 last year, he’s in three massive movies in 2025: Weapons, The Running Man, & Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. This guy’s covered head-to-toe in flames. Brolin is a true actor’s actor.
@LiamPaulCanning You have streams of tweets praising Sancho. Hyperbolic recency bias as always. Try to be accountable for once Liam for the love of god
Sancho is, by far and away, the worst signing Manchester United have ever made (and there's been plenty). Barely put in 5 good performances - always a problem, never a solution. Astronomical wages for virtually nothing. Will be a breath of fresh air when he is eventually sold. Awful deal.
@Malachians He was abysmal last season as well. If Utd had of bought a decent striker instead of him EtH would still be in the job.. he’ll never be good enough. Not his fault, he’s in way over his head and whether it’s a sale or loan he shouldn’t be brought back after this year.
@Malachians There is no defending Hojlund. What people want to see and what they really see are two different things. He’s horrendous, and was last season too.
Obi is making it hard to defend Hojlund. That kid is getting the same service (or lack thereof) as Hojlund yet he’s created chances out of nothing and has looked an actual goal threat.
Definitely one of the more impressive wins of Rory’s recent career.
First event of the season on a course that isn’t necessarily a “good fit” and one that he has only played 4 times in the past.
Not sure what this means for the rest of the season but hopfully he can give Scottie a run for his money and bag a major.
The allure of Rory is always how easy it looks.
That was no different this week because when you move it 338 in the air over everything, it's always going to look great.
But I would add that his decision making and course management were both better than usual for him.
Those things are easy to trust when the swing looks and feels like water. But he's clearly been thinking about and studying what Scottie is doing and how he's doing it.
If Rory can figure out how to raise the level of his course management and decision making all year -- especially when things aren't going perfectly -- this should be one of his great seasons in a career full of them.
Andy O’Brien was today’s @RambleTooting man of the match sponsored in memory of Lynn Kelly. Part of a defence that was solid all came and scored two superbly taken goals!
Presented by Ian Bullock.
It was announced at #Cannes2023 that Nicolas Cage will lead #TheSurfer, which will see the actor play a man who returns to his hometown in Australia and takes on a local gang of surfers thr.cm/wq9t6YB
