IPO Selection, 👉Today I finished my applications in Indo-MIM ✅ No last moment hiccups for this IPO 👉 Now the question is what to choose from remaining two options, Lohia Corp & Xtranet Technologies 🔸Lohia Corp - 1100 Cr (Retail ~110 Cr) 🔸Xtranet Technologies - 166 Cr (Retail ~58 Cr) By sheer size, for allotment, Lohia Corp is superior ✅ 👉 Even from anchor book point of view, Lohia Corp anchor book is far superior, due to several quality names. 🌟 On valuations front : 🔸Xtranet is at par or maybe tad higher even though Margins are solid. Reason being revenue is mostly generated through government contracts and reselling of hardware. So it is not enthusiastic to an investor, who looks for high growth in micro/small cap IT Specially, considering the sentiment that is around IT for now. 🔸Lohia Corp at 23 P/E seems fair, but can we allocate much higher value to it is questionable. 100% OFS hurts while reading, but enough room for growth as utilisation is below par. So, at least till capacity is utilised well, scope is there for growth, might be just enough to justify 8.6 P/B. For that, a small listing pop can be expected. To confirm, we will seek demand on final day. ✅ 🌟End conclusion : For both we will track demand on final day, because both doesn't give assurance of strong listing gains. First preference is Lohia but still demand is the comfort you will need for listing pop. But if you are just looking for allotment probability, Lohia it is! Xtranet in general, is decent. #IPOAlert
