Government block claim is misleading.
Technical checks show:
> Domain is on clientHold status
> Public DNS resolvers like Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) now return NXDOMAIN
> Website earlier resolved and returned HTTP 403 from active Hostinger infrastructure
This usually indicates registrar/hosting-side restriction, suspension, or intentional access denial not a typical ISP/government block.
If the government had blocked it directly, public DNS would usually still resolve the domain while access would fail at the ISP/network level through DNS poisoning, connection resets, or filtering.
The owner most likely did it himself.

The government has taken down our iconic website - cockroachjantaparty.org. 10 Lakh cockroaches had signed up on our website has members. 6 Lakh cockroaches had signed a petition to demand the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. Why is the government so scared of cockroaches? But this dictatorial behaviour is opening the eyes of India's youth. Our only crime is we were demanding a better future for ourselves. But you can't get rid of us that easily. We’re working on a new home right now. Cockroaches never die. 🪳

It is unfortunate that a maliciously misleading tweet from @abhijeet_dipke is going viral whereas a “Fact Check” tweet from @bodhi3attva which debunks the lies is not being shared by many. Worse, I saw some take screenshots and post their comments which is not the same thing as sharing OP & giving credit to the OG creator
