So check this out!! @ScotiabankJM Financial Ctr on Constant Spg Rd customer service section not staffed. Why????...All CSRs are on maternity leave OR on vacation AT THE SAME TIME!!!. So all customer service queries are handled by tellers. Make it make sense!!!

This was deliberately done. Take a look on who they put on CLA board and how they splinter licenses, the fees of which are charged in USD. One to cultivate, one to transport, one to store and finally one to dispense. This is before any cost of running your actual operation.

.@FLOWJamaica is going to continue to lose a lot of customers if they keep pushing ppl to the WhatsApp line, where nobody responds for hours and can't wait for more than 10 mins before closing out the transaction. Been trying to resolve my wifi issues from last week.

@FLOWJamaica Been battling over a week with WiFi issues. Called customer care only to be directed to WhatsApp AI chatbot that loops uselessly. No real human help? Paying for service shouldn't mean endless frustration. Poor customer service!

My perhaps unpopular opinion is that the school bus program is a great initiative and we should make it universal. Even to affluent areas where the parents would other wise drive. Would help with the traffic and get ALL students to school safely.
