@SF_England I applied for additional funding as my placement for extended, and I was awarded it for like an extra month and a bit. But my payments are spread over the year? Which I don’t understand

@shantin96 Hi there, normally all we need is a Change of Circumstances (COC) from your university. They can send this to us electronically, so it may be worth asking them to do that as soon as they can. Thanks, Graeme

@WhirlpoolUK I specifically told him not to cancel it why I try to find an alternative gas engineer. He obviously ignored what i said and cancelled the appointment. I made a complaint over a week ago and no one has contacted me! So I would like to again, made a complaint!
