Bought a fridge online from @SharafDG in their Buy back Nov promo advertised in their catalogs and confirmed by their CC agents. Now at time of delivery they refuse to honour their commitment and claim the buy back was only for in store purchases. Pathetic!! #CustomerService!!

@SharafDG I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Digi Shield Plus. When I purchased new mobile, I was informed that the extended warranty would cover all types of damage for two years, now my phone is damaged and they’re asking to pay AED 1,309 for a replacement

Pathetic service from @BoschGlobal Bought a BOSCH cooking hob from Sharaf DG, and despite repeated calls, no technician has been sent for installation. Twice they assigned someone and both times, the technician just ignored the job! #BOSCH #CustomerService #SharafDG #Dubai

@ZahirSayyadDXB @SharafDG The same here. We purchased 2 tv’s they don’t work. We have taken videos. They have now taken the tvs back but will not refund the full amount. Charging us 1,200 aed for the pleasure of selling us something that is faulty.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Nothing’s so-called Legacy Promotion for the #Nothing Phone (3). What was marketed as a reward for loyalty turned out to be misleading, inconsistent, and downright unfair – especially for customers in the UAE. Here’s exactly what happened: A Loyal Customer from Day One – IgnoredI own the Nothing Phone (1), the #NothingPhone (2), and several Nothing accessories. I even convinced family members to buy Nothing products. When the Legacy Promotion was announced, I thought Nothing was finally recognizing customers like me. I provided IMEIs, receipts, and everything they asked for — only to be treated with dismissive and contradictory answers. 2. Excuses and Confusion from Support First, support claimed the offer was “region-specific.” When I pointed out that the UAE is an official market where Nothing devices are sold, they deflected by telling me to contact resellers. Then, they suddenly shifted the story and said the promotion is available only through Sharaf DG.4. Sharaf DG – Completely Clueless I personally went to the Sharjah City Centre branch of Sharaf DG, as instructed. The staff there had zero knowledge about the promotion. None. This shows a complete lack of coordination between Nothing and their so-called “exclusive partner.” Customers are sent in circles with no real help.6. Changing the Rules After the Fact After more back and forth, Nothing Support came up with a brand-new condition: the discount is only valid if my #NothingPhone1 or 2 was purchased directly from Sharaf DG. This requirement was never mentioned in any official announcement. And here’s the absurd part: the Nothing Phone (2) was never even sold by Sharaf DG at launch — it was only available through Amazon and Noon. So how could I possibly have bought it from Sharaf DG? It’s a ridiculous excuse designed to block genuine customers from benefiting.8. Double Standards and Discrimination In Europe, when I submitted my Nothing Phone (1) IMEI, I was given a €300 coupon instantly — no issues, no tricks. But in the UAE, the same loyal customer is told “sorry, not eligible” because of hidden restrictions that didn’t exist in the promotion’s official terms. This is nothing short of discrimination against UAE customers. We are being treated as second-class customers, despite paying the same premium prices for Nothing devices. 10. The Final InsultEven after I highlighted the contradictions, the lack of transparency, and the unfair treatment, Nothing’s final answer was basically: “Yes, the rules weren’t clear, but we won’t help you. If you didn’t buy from Sharaf DG, you get nothing.” This isn’t customer care. This is stonewalling, and it shows how little Nothing values the loyalty of its community outside of Europe. 12. Conclusion – A Brand That Punishes Loyalty Nothing talks about community, transparency, and rewarding early adopters. But my experience proves the opposite: The rules are vague and constantly changed. Their local partner (Sharaf DG) is uninformed and unprepared. Customers in the UAE are unfairly excluded, while customers in other regions get the benefits without hassle. Loyal supporters like me are treated with excuses, not solutions. This promotion was supposed to reward loyalty, but in reality, Nothing has punished its most loyal customers in the UAE. I hope the Nothing community sees this for what it really is: a company that hides behind marketing slogans while abandoning its real supporters. @nothing @nothingsupport @nothingarabia @AkisEvangelidis @getpeid
