@SharkCleaning I got the shark duo mop and vacuum for Christmas and I am noticing this vacuum’s battery life is very short before it has to go back and charge. I have 2 other shark robots and they clean a lot longer before having to return to dock. How do I get a hold of support

@SharkHomeUS @SharkCleaning I purchased the 250 model vacmop and LOVED IT. 3 months later, a small yet important piece broke, rendering it useless. Bought the new 252 model and it's GARBAGE. Was supposed to have the magnetic charger, nope. Inferior in every way 🤬 $200 WASTED$ 🤬

I was gifted this awesome self emptying HEPA filter cordless vacuum for Christmas and was loving it, but that battery life is TRASH! Now it won't even charge and I can barely get any REAL use out of it @sharkcleaning. AND y'alls support sucks. No real troubleshoot info either

@SharkCleaning Lasted 1 year and 3 months. Just beyond the warranty, so no replacement. Called customer-support only to be told there’s nothing to be done.
