@Kauship1 Same thing that happend to me when I'm in Jaffna. No notice was in Sinhala, no one spoke Sinhala. I was saved coz I know English. Now let's come to Kandy, 90% of shops and private establishments run in English. Be only speaking Sinhala Or Tamil, you are so screwed.
