🙏❤️ to those worried about my infrequent posts; perimenopause has been rough and my veins rather shy of iron infusion. But a tip: Coke is a great way to avoid secondary hypophosphatemia. (I am a Classic-lover and refuse to drink that nasty Zero stuff 🤣).
