Someone would sit on the same spot with stiff back, working from morning till night for 12 hours with short break here and there. Some people would be on their feet working for 12 hours non stop. Some of them will now send you money and some people would be like "He gave me ordinary $20, She gave me just $100, He gave me just a token of # 500k" Taju, Oloun nio ko o. You ungrateful person. 🙄🙄 Alaimore.

I was owing MTN and airtel before I left Nigeria since 2024 and I've not paid any debt. My whatsapp is still active. My airtel whatsapp is no longer active and I don't mind. MTN should restrict giving out a no that is registered already and attached to a NIN.

My friend said he knew she was lying all along because the story wasn't adding up, but he didn't say anything so as not to sound insensitive. I on the other hand approached this issue from an emotional place. I'm so embarrassed. If you know you had any disagreement with anyone because of this Mirabel's case, just go and make peace because it's not worth it. This babe played the whole country. I'm beyond disappointed.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE. Dear parents, If you have a child who is in their teenage ages, please start observing their tongue. Especially your daughters, once you start noticing constant colour on their tongue ranging from blue, yellow, green and orange colour especially, just know that your daughter is already into a drug called molly. Molly gives excitement,it unnecessarily gives joy like early madness. It feels like someone is tickling you. Once Molly starts manifesting, any man who touches your daughter who has just finished taking it can sex her sumptuously. Campuses and even the streets are dens of Molly currently. A lot of female students are selling it as a business. Molly (MDMA) Illicit Substance Molly (MDMA) is an illegal drug and its price is not regulated by formal markets. In one account a dose of "Molly" in Nigeria was reported to cost approximately ₦25,000 in 2022. Today,it is cheaper and available on the streets and campuses at ₦2k,₦5k and ₦10k. Method of consumption, some lick it like regular vitamin C,others grind it,mold it and drop it on their tongue gradually and some dissolve it into a bottle of water. It is ravaging young girls and boys currently. The painful thing is that once your body gets adapted to Molly, you will start looking for other drugs like barky or Crack to improve its potency before you say,Jack, your child will become a former human being. Let us raise our voices and fight this collectively. We can moderate it,we can help some of them out of it. Just visit the psychiatric sections today, your girlfriend may be there but you think she is not answering your calls. Thank you and God continue to bless us and keep guilding our youths.... Drug abuse is terrible. C O P I E D .

We've spent 50 years trying to kill cancer cells. What if the answer was never to kill them but to remind them who they are? Cancer cells aren't foreign invaders. They're your own cells that lost their identity. They stopped differentiating, stopped maturing, and started growing without limits. Cancer doesn't create anything new. It hijacks normal biology. Researchers at KAIST in South Korea identified three master regulators, MYB, HDAC2, and FOXA2, keeping colon cancer cells locked in a malignant state. When they silenced all three? The cancer cells differentiated back into normal, healthy tissue. MYC and WNT pathways shut down. In mice, tumors shrank significantly. No chemo. No radiation. Just reprogramming. Here's what most people will miss: HDAC2 is a histone deacetylase. It compacts DNA and silences tumor suppressor genes. We already use HDAC inhibitors in our protocols. This isn't new to us. But it's powerful validation. Cancer and aging are the same problem. Cells that no longer serve the body but learned to hijack the immune system to survive. The answer isn't bigger bombs. It's restoration. Still preclinical. But the direction is exactly right. Kudos to the @kaistpr team. 👏

🚨: Cancer cells can now turn back to normal cells, thanks to South Korean scientists

Meet Sarah, a 28-year-old lecturer who was retained by the university after graduating with a perfect CGPA of 5.0. Three years ago, she overcame early-stage breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma). Her father died from glioblastoma at age 32. 🧠 Her younger brother was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma at just 6 years old. Now, Sarah is back in the clinic due to a firm, painless lump on her right thigh that’s been growing for weeks. Given this alarming family history and her past, what’s your diagnosis?

In my home, my husband is the PROVIDER, I am his ASSISTANT. I assist anywhere possible, mentally, physically, & financially. — This doesn't mean I share financial responsibilities equally, it means i contribute what i bring to the table on issues around the house. I've once said it here that after my wedding with hubby, that same month I got my salary, I showed my husband and told him I'm splitting it in half to give him part of it. He refused & told me to keep it for personal use. I wasn't happy that I earn well yet my money is not being used around the house, so I brought up a suggestion to my husband, then we concluded that I can support 30% of my income to the house. Today, I don't put percentage in mind, I just don't bother my husband on things I know I can take care of without him having to bother. I earn money to support my family & I don't see it as a 50-50 thing. However, there are certain financial decisions i don't do against his knowledge or awareness. With that said; — I find it absurd to spend my own income in my household & expect that my husband pays me back. To me, it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. So when I see ladies asking their boyfriend to refund them the transport fare they used in coming to his place, I find it cringe. You have zero respect for yourself. If our prepaid meter has gone below 30kWh, I recharge it back to 133kwh, I'm never expecting my husband to refund. When he noticed I've taken care of the utility bill, he thanked me for sorting it out. Paying me back is an insult. He knows that. I have never prayed to marry a man who carries too many financial burden just because he wants to bear the title "Man of the house". That's foolishness to me. This is why many men die too early because of financial stress. One thing I know for sure, is that my husband has never denied me access to his finances & there's nothing I would ask of him that he wouldn't give me. Even as my birthday is in 2 days time, my spirit tells me he wants to gift me something huge. I don't know how I know but I can sense it in my spirit.
KLEMS✨@klemsx

One thing I’ll say is @talk2veee has been vocal about marrying a sole provider, @BlessedGirl001 has been vocal about sharing income with her husband, both seem happy so both can be done but calling men “small boys” for preferring a way different from yours shows stupidity. End.

Let me tell you the truth about Japa that nobody posts on Instagram or X. Your friend in Canada working two jobs? They cried in their car last Tuesday. But the next day, they posted a photo with Tim Hortons coffee smiling. This is the reality. Abroad is not what TikTok shows you. It's waking up at 4am to shovel snow before your shift. It's eating the same rice and stew for 3 weeks because groceries are expensive. It's being lonely in a room full of strangers who don't understand your accent. The pressure? From home: "You don reach, send money." From yourself: "I can't fail. I left everything." From society: "You must look successful." So they post the wins. Hide the pain. And keep pushing. I'm not saying don't Japa. I'm saying understand what you're signing up for. It's not a vacation. It's a reset. You're trading one type of hard for another type of hard. The ones who survive abroad are not the most talented. They're the most adaptable. The ones who can eat humble pie. Who can start from the bottom without their ego killing them. Before you judge your friend who went abroad and "changed," ask yourself: Have you ever had to rebuild your entire identity in a place where nobody knows your name? It changes you. Sometimes for better. Sometimes just different. If you're abroad right now and struggling, hear this: You're not failing. You're adjusting. The discomfort you feel is growth in disguise. One day, you'll look back and be grateful you didn't give up.
