I’m more convinced than ever that living even a small portion of your life on digital platforms from tv to socials to podcast is a great way to keep you far away from an exceptional life and performance.

Controversial take: If there’s this large of a disparity in birdies between Par 5s and Par 4s should we consider shortening par 4s or lengthening par 5s???!!

I think one of the things instructors and golfers alike get hung up on is what’s “factually correct”. The MOST important thing is getting the ball to do what you want and trying to do the “factually correct” thing often fails to get people there.

People do know that instructors post things for 3 reasons, right? 1.) To educate / help others 2.) To get you to engage 3.) To sell their service

If you’re not practicing on the course, you’re missing the most important classroom in golf.

The 3 principles of practice every golfer should follow: 1.Enjoyment matters. If practice becomes a burden, volume and quality fall fast.

3.Simulation matters. Range work improves technique, but the course builds the player.

2.The right stress matters. Too much too soon (or too little too late) never builds performance under pressure.

Is there a “right way” to swing a golf club? Or just a bunch of wrong ways? How do we know which is right and best??

Just because some “tour pro” does a weird thing, doesn’t justify your weird thing in your motion. Do the hard work and Clean up your fundamentals…

If a player gets stuck on the swing, they’ll never find it. (The shot)
