President Trump put out the call to rig the system in order to maintain the Republican majority in Congress, and red states are answering. I support efforts to level the playing field. In Washington state, we would need a two-thirds majority in both the House and Senate to change our redistricting process. Remarkably heavy turnout from Democrats in Georgia today. Today alone, roughly 50,000 people went to vote in the Democratic primary, while roughly 35,500 voted in the GOP primary. (1300 just voted in the nonpartisan races.) That's a Dem turnout advantage of 16.5 % points today.

As the proud son of a union worker, I’ve spent my whole life working for improved workplace benefits, fair pay, and safe labor practices, and will continue to do so until we have equal pay. There is far too much consolidation of wealth in our country, and we must recognize the hard work and dedication of employees across industries in our country.
