In 2024, a bipartisan legislature overwhelmingly passed I-2081 into law to codify parent's rights in schools. Less than a year later, that same legislature stripped the provisions for parents and safety measures for students from the law with HB 1296. I-001 will restore rights to parents that Democrats and Republicans agreed on just 2 years ago. Don't let them cut you out of your student's life.

Here's just one refutation to these very flawed, very scientifically outdated arguments. Since 2019, multiple scientific reviews have concluded that male puberty produces measurable physiological advantages in: height, bone structure, muscle mass, grip strength, lung capacity, heart size, hemoglobin, and power output. Testosterone suppression can reduce some, but rarely all those advantages. Stop trying to normalize boys taking girls' places.

The boy she came in second to is named Sawyer "Sammy" DeSalvo. He has been cheating in four different sports, "girls'" track and field, cross country, skiing, and mountain biking. He's been in 72 girls' events and has stolen a top 3 place from a female athlete in 47 of them. He didn't participate in high school sports his freshman year, then swooped in again for just two races at the end of the season his sophomore year (fall of 2025) in cross country just so he could compete at the League Championships where he placed 2nd in the "girls'" race. We are so, so done with this nonsense.
