@CheckersSA gladly took my transfer to Kenya yesterday. Today after 1.5 hours online with an unapologetic agent, I had to go back to the store to get a refund. When I get there, they tell me no agents available to get me the refund. AFTER I went all the way back? 🙄

So @CheckersSA was very happy to take my money yesterday. And not happy to give it back when they failed my transaction today? Can someone explain. #CheckersSouthAfrica
