Congrats to our client $GNS #GeniusGroupHoldings for securing a TRO and Preliminary Injunction from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against LZG International Inc, its principal shareholders, as well as the company's Transfer Agent #VStock from taking any steps to issue any shares subject to the underlying asset purchase transaction that is being contested in Arbitration. The courts' Order also includes a TRO and Preliminary Injunction preventing any such shares to be voted, and any participation in any of the company's voting until otherwise ordered by the court. @rogerhamilton @TBLF_LawFirm This action is an interim step to protecting the company and its' shareholders.

So there is a VERY IMPORTANT oral argument scheduled before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on October 22, 2024 for our client $XERI (Xeriant, Inc.) on the Dealer Registration issue - this is the first time the Second Circuit Court will hear this matter and this will likely have a direct effect on the $MULN v GEM case we are prosecuting. Forward splits could bring that number down drastically if we ever start going the other direction. Hard to still #ImagineWhatsPossible not letting go of my last share 😮‍💨
