And that is where the focus remains: Not just building systems... but understanding how they actually function In practice. At scale.

The work continues in that space: Law, governance, and systems design within small-state and regional realities, where constraints are not exceptions, but the operating environment.

Two years ago, I stepped into a role that required more than a career decision—it required a full recalibration of how I think about work, responsibility, and systems. I joined @FSCBarbados as General Counsel.
