Those who think Hwo is still ok never had balls to play with him.
He paid the price of other characters brokenness...

Hwoarang is dead. There is no longer any reason to play Hwoarang. Even when he was nerfed in Season 2, I did research and hard training to try and salvage the character, but I no longer see a future. I was very stressed out by this character's inefficient skill structure and unreasonable system elements, but looking at today's patch, there is no longer any need to play this character. It is time to look for another character.

Lili is ridiculous right now, and I think it’s part of the design philosophy too
She has the best movement in the game but also strong offense
She has good mixups BT (all lows -12) and a launching mid, hit confirmable homing move, and a BT low heatsmash
Her flip over wall combo into 5050 with Feisty Rabbit
Good range, CH tools, evasion.
Amazing punishment
Ontop of all that she now has a new mid into BT that forces a situation mixup.
I don’t expect nerfs but thats how a lot of T8 characters feel - if their “identity” was to make plays defensively or evade, why do they have insane pressure and 5050s?

She's still the only character with two heat smashes, and her low heat smash can still wall splat depending on the distance, also her low heat smash still can be difficult to punish/be completely safe depending on the character

Been playing Lili for a week, she feels really solid in Season 3.
Not broken like Anna was at the start of Season 2,
but definitely strong and well-rounded.
Fahkumram still has too many bad matchups,
while Lili feels consistent across most of the cast.
Considering her seriously.
GOD 6 with Lili in Japan soon. Let’s go.
