🥊👊 Yesterday, in collaboration with one of our charity partners, @SheffieldMind, we joined @furdday at the U-Mix Centre in Sheffield to deliver a boxing taster session. Delivering the hour long session on behalf of GB Boxing were podium coach Gary Hale, middleweight Kerry Davis as well as former GB Boxer, Calum French. FURD is a community project, working in the areas of social inclusion and community cohesion with a focus on bringing young people together, from different backgrounds, to play, watch and enjoy sport - breaking down barriers created by ignorance or prejudice in the process.

Its #WorldMentalHealthDay tomorrow, the theme, #mentalhealthatwork. Work can be fun (at times!) but it can also be stressful and a cause of anxiety. Our staff are downing tools & joining service users for a coffee and chat tomorrow from 2.30 - no shop talk allowed!

Did you know its #NationalRelaxationDay ? We have been canvassing opinion here at the office, for the best ways to relax, its a split decision BUT Bubble Baths and handicrafts were most popular - only one for baking pies but a few votes for eating them!
