@UnitedChargers would you need ESA even if you get the Mini charger? The mini is a plug-in. Can you please clarify? I'd be interested if the Mini won't need an ESA. (Not to be compliant, but it will cost me to get ESA).

@Fidomobile is working on a case since Dec 23rd. It's a simple price adjustment. I am following up at least every other day. Till today the case is not looked into yet and is in "new" state. I'm going to give it 1 more day, & if not resolved move away from them. Any suggestions?
