Suffering from body dysmorphia is hell. After a gruelling Xmas doing 70 performances of Scrooge, & having made some much-needed lifestyle changes, I managed to lose a little bit of weight. For the first time in 9 yrs, I’ve felt brave enough to have new headshots taken. New me. 🤞

Mum still in hospital but wanted to thank all the people that continue with their love. Ive never been so proud of her. ❤️❤️❤️ She’s eating more and starting to laugh and smile again.

@sirfanman @TheEXECUTlONER_ Unfortunately not, only see them a couple times a year for a weekend..though lnl did break down 2 weeks ago when with them and actually said l was scared of never seeing them again, then felt guilty for saying it...

This family, mother and father and their two adult daughters get together every year for a vacation. But when it time to leave and part ways, well, it gets pretty emotional for them, especially for dad. This family is rich in life and I can feel that father’s sadness. Those girls are his whole life. Time is fleeting, you never know when the last hug or goodbye will be. 💔 Do you ever get teary eyed when it’s time for your adult children to go back home during the holidays or family vacations? Or do you keep a straight face and just soldier on?

We nearly lost her on Monday but this incredible lady battles on. Mum is stable and doing much better in Lister Hospital ❤️ I brought her a framed photo of my dad and that put a smile on her face. Thank you to all the people that wished her well and you will be acknowledged 🤝🙏

Good evening all. This isn't the announcement I want to make...I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer. However, it's been caught very early on, so I should and will make a full recovery 🙏. Stay positive and safe 🙏

@titch6k9 Stayed at Premier Inn which was good. We just try to find places halfway Manchester - Sussex to meet up otherwise don't see each other much x

Last week we buried a friend after a long illness. This week my nan entered end of life care. Today I have received news a good friend who gave me away at my wedding died in his sleep over the weekend. I really need a huge hug.

@titch6k9 Just got home after lovely weekend. Cathedral ruins beautiful and some lovely old cobbled streets. We drove out of the city past the fans all lining up ready for the parade x
