@ilanus What kind of cattle? What did you use them for? We raised registered Herefords when I was a kid. What hard work!

@shell895 We used to have cattle , now we taking a bit of a break, but for now we have chickens and 3 dogs

@ilanus My husband was Italian and part of his dad's family immigrated there. He did too. (his dad, my husband was born in the US) That part of the family is still there. I follow them on Facebook.

@shell895 The people in Quebec are more eroupen then the rest of the country , so it is nice there

@ilanus The father of the groom managed a hotel, so we stayed there and the reception was there, of course Italian style. It was incredible! Food... Yummy and tons of it. Great ambiance and people too.

@shell895 The province Quebec, looks really similar to Europe, especially the old Quebec, excellent food etc. Montreal I hadn't been, people say it is really nice

@shell895 I didn't like Toronto, So my husband and I moved to the country a small village near Timmins Ontario i am not sure if you are familiar

Came home from Jersey and didn't know what would be going on with my house guests. (the nest of 3 Robin eggs) I'm proud to report that I'm the surrogate mom to one baby. It gets quite vocal too! The parents give me the evil eye when I'm nearby too. Here he is peeking out a tad...

@ilanus I was in Canada once for a family wedding. It was in Montreal. We had a nice time. Went early and did some sightseeing.

@shell895 and the big mistake that they sold our apartment that was in Israel, so this is how we are still in Canada lol

@ilanus How far north are you to get so much snow?

@shell895 my parents moved here in the 90s, thought it will be better then Israel but they got a really big suprise, and then when they wanted to return the prices went up in israel

@Mountaingal456 Thank you, Tina. We definitely need rain, the western part of the state has suffered from historical wild fires this spring, but the tornadoes can stay away!

@shell895 In israel we used to have storms but not as bad as the us ones, now that I am in Canada I see 7 months of snow lol and the rest winter like in Israel lol
