@shellsgreys @slpalmerwalker I’ve mainly run in Saucony. Has a pair of brooks which I just didn’t get on with and the latest pair of Saucony just don’t feel quite as good. These are actually men’s, mainly because of the colour but also slightly wider

Charlie and I took a little drive out in the sunshine yesterday after scent training. We may or may not have ended up in the loveliest running shop in the North and I may or may not have made a purchase

@ilkleymax Nice 👌 How do Hoka stand up for mileage compared to ASICS or Saucony say? Do you know? I used to like Saucony but they wore out 50-100 miles before ASICS, and I’ve never tried Hoka x

High drama in the street today. Me and the neighbour who knows everything have got opposite colour bins out. Only one of us can be right (and I’m certain I am). This is how exciting my life is at the moment!!

Yesterday was a day when living 250 miles from elderly parents wasn’t ideal. I think all is ok thankfully and my blood pressure is returning to normal. Today me and Charlie are off on an adventure which looks great but is also a bit outside my comfort zone.

Not my usual tipple but a tribute to my old life pre-widowhood…his favourite beer from the town he lived in when we met. And it is actually really nice too, he would be thrilled to see it in our local coop.
