If you’re a Prop Firm founder, Trader or Hiring manager reading this,,, I’d like 30 seconds of your attention.
Most people wait for layoffs to decide their future. I’m not waiting for that stage.
The slowdown of hotel industry in the region is becoming increasingly evident, and I’ve chosen to proactively pivot before circumstances make that decision for me.
I’m currently a Duty Manager in one of the Top 10 Hotels of Dubai (according to Traveler Ranked TripAdvisor rankings), leading front office operations for multinational guests, but that’s only part of my experience.
I’ve developed SOPs from scratch, optimized workflows, addressed operational gaps, and improved team performance through KPIs, budgeting, and structured execution plans.
The honest truth is this:
Hospitality builds resilience, discipline, pressure management, and people skills—but it can also restrict long-term career expansion if you stay within the same path for too long.
So I’ve decided to step beyond that limitation.
I’m actively exploring opportunities in Prop/Trading Firms & FinCrime -> Community, Operations, or Regional roles.
While I don’t come from a PropFirm / FinCrime background, I bring strong operational discipline, systems thinking, accountability, and execution focus.
Open to On-site | Remote | Hybrid.
If you’re building a serious team, I’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to connect.

The child who had to perform early in life (meaning: their worth was tied to achievement, being good, being helpful, they had to earn love/attention/approval through what they did, not who they were)
...often ends up becoming the "people-pleaser"
the one with the "good person" syndrome.
As adults, you'll find them chasing attention, validation, and approval by trying to be useful, valuable, likable, impressive
giving endlessly in relationships, jumping in to fix everyone's issues, putting everyone else first, going above & beyond to prove their value
but somewhere underneath all of it, there's a question that's not being asked. what would happen if they stopped? If they weren't useful, weren't helping, weren't proving their value?

I used to make $4k a month in 2020. I’ve made over $5k this week alone.
It’s only Tuesday.
And yes, that’s $5k profit.
THERE IS NO COMPETITION.
I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. You cannot compare yourself or compete with the general public or the average person.
That is not your competition.
The average person drags their feet when they walk. The average person gambles. The average person is unorganized, unmotivated, indecisive, not accountable, can’t take the truth, blames others, always has excuses. I can go on and on.
You’ve been programmed to think this is your competition.
No.
These are consumers.
These are your tenants.
These are your customers.
These are people who simply exist.
You do not live the same life or operate in the same world as these people.
Not because you’re above anyone, that would be hubris. But because you chose a different path.
In the game of life and business, winners do not compare themselves or compete with losers.
There is a one percent for a reason. Your comparison and your competition is the other part of that one percent.
I started a business out of thin air with no knowledge, no insurance, no contracts, no legal framework, no idea. Just drive.
Now I’m at a point where I’m literally creating money out of thin air.
It used to feel liberating to make $30,000 a month where a few hundred dollars here and there was just a swipe or a tap, no second thought.
Now it’s different.
Now I truly understand how money is created.
How systems are your lifeline.
How hiring and delegating the right way turns 40 hours into 400.
The problem today is everyone wants to jump from level one to level ten.
You need to double down on the foundation and the fundamentals.
You will not reach this level until you’ve earned it.
Everyone’s foundation looks different. Maybe yours takes less time than mine did. Maybe it takes more.
But your foundation must be the opposite of the average.
A winner moves with purpose. They invest instead of gamble. They stay organized, disciplined, decisive, and fully accountable. They seek truth even when it hurts. They take responsibility. They adapt. They execute. They find solutions instead of excuses.
Once your default is to win, it’s not a matter of if, only when.

Problems aren’t problems.
They’re opportunities in disguise.
Every single inconvenience in your life is trying to show you something.
Personally. Professionally.
You don’t need to look far for your next move. Just think about your day.
What’s hard?
What’s annoying?
What’s inefficient?
What’s wasting your time?
Those are your
opportunities staring right at you.
Pick one. Solve it.
Package it. Sell it.
That’s business. That’s your next product. That’s your next income stream.
You don’t need a new idea, you need a new lens.
Stop thinking like a consumer.
Start thinking like a creator.
Not the kind that dances on. TikTok, the kind that solves real problems and secures real bags.
When you train your brain to see problems as opportunities, frustration turns into optimism.
You stop running from challenges and start chasing them.
And that one mental shift will change your entire world.
Because your mind is either your greatest weapon, or your heaviest leash.
You decide which one it is.
