Our Culinary students had a farm-to-table experience yesterday! 🌱 They harvested greens at Koiner Farm & teamed up with Zinnia’s chef to create a pasta dish: cavatappi w/autumn greens, butternut squash, sage-parm cream. Try it at Zinnia (Thu–Sun)! 50% of sales go to ST!

Montgomery County Councilmember @Dawn_Luedtke and Captain Jason Cokinos visited Shepherd’s Table today! They met with some of our leadership team, shared community insights, and served lunch featuring dishes prepared by our Culinary Skills Training Program students.
