Hard to believe that was me a fair few years ago on the left I couldn’t run a mile back then that was at my heaviest I keep that photo so I can look back and see how far I’ve come it’s never to late to start and the running community is something Im proud to be apart off 🏃🏃

Easy night #run home post #newforesthalfmarathon in prep for #bristolhalfmarathon in 4 days. Legs weren’t what they were last week but here’s hoping some warm baths and stretches does the trick!
