The moment agents start executing real actions, moving funds, calling APIs, coordinating across tools, the problem isn’t how they pay, it’s what they’re allowed to do in the first place -Who enforces the rules? -Who verifies the action? -What happens when something goes wrong? Payment rails don’t answer that. The agent economy doesn’t just need flow of value, it needs enforced boundaries, verifiable execution, and settlement you can trust. That’s the layer most people are still missing.
