Congratulations to Elena for making top 74 in Extemp Debate! She made round 8 in the competition where the competition started with 1060 entries. Amazing way to close out her time at the national tournament!

Congratulations to Elena and Zuan at the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Public Forum Debate! They won 7 out of 12 ballots in prelim rounds and were one ballot away from elimination rounds for Public Forum (top 59 teams in the nation). Closest since 2019 for PF for ND!

Congratulations to Abhi for qualifying in Program Oral Interp! He will be joining Elena, Zuan, and Neha to represent Team Sheyenne and North Dakota at the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Richmond, Virginia in June! Way to go, Abhi!

The Sheyenne Debate Team competed at the Fargo Shanley PJM Debate Tournament and left with success! LD 1- Neha 3-1 record 🪵🪾 PF 2- Demenuh and Liz 3-1 record 🪵🪾 Saanvi and Kara 3-1 record 🪵🪾 The Sheyenne Debate Team will travel to Bismarck Century next weekend.

Congratulations to 7th Grader Sathvik Arveity, who was State Champion in House 5 for Student Congress! Our Mustangs took 5th Place as a team and did a wonderful job this season!

Congratulations to our team’s success at the National Speech and Debate Tournament! Reagan, Jonah, and Hosna were awarded 4 year qualifier awards. Reagan won Best District Ad. Abhi made top 60 in humorous and top 14 in prose in the nation. Elena broke in Extemp debate.
