respectfully this is one of the DUMBEST rulings (paragraph 2) i’ve ever seen in esports to be announced 3 days before roster lock. if you played in tier 3 good luck gg! it is important to note that this ruling allegedly comes from the instruction of Riot rather than Mist Games themselves so it genuinely begs the question: WHO THE FUCK IS MAKING THESE DUMB FUCKING DECISIONS AT RIOT GAMES?
