Ikea really is the epitome of good design at good prices. This portable mushroom LED lamp is too charming for its price!

Now that the dining / kitchen area is 90% done, It's time to think of a brief for the suspension lamp that we will commission a super talented artist for. It will be one of the highlights of the space – the final flourish that will bring so much whimsy & wonder to my home 🫶

I spend most of my weekdays in this area of my home so I'm glad that all our design choices then are paying off now! 🙌

The arm mount for the TV is worth it too! I can pull out the TV so I can watch stuff while I do paperwork from my work desk. The table is also a standing desk so that's a winner too because I hate sitting down in one area for too long.

Really happy with my hiding pocket office custom cabinetry! I love that it hides all my work stuff away so I can disconnect from work when I am done. I love that I can transform it into an L-shape table so I have a section of the table for food and drinks and my cat/s.
