This feels very hard to write, but earlier I tried to end my life. I’m currently in hospital, awaiting assessment, not sure what the future holds. If anyone has any pet pics (or other cute pics), I’d really appreciate the distraction ❤️

I spoke about things that had a majorly negative impact on me. I won’t be doing that again.

@diabetes_chat It's run by a lead admin who then organises the counselling service a few appointments per person and it's a self referral

@diabetes_chat Psychology at my trust for paediatrics and pump patients. A volunteer support counselling service too.

Guess what im 53 today yes im middle aged, i go to the gym over 6 hours a week and im trying to be fit, my job keeps me busy and i love my strategic ICB role, I have lots of projects on the go, busy bee ,love my kids and hubby is cooking my dinner so all good...
