@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti If you're so worried about mass apostasy because I asked a basic question that Twelvers should have a ready-to-go great answer to, then answer it yourself. I'll assume you're not answering because you don't have an answer. If you don't respond with one, I'm done with this convo.
English

@shiismstudies @HasanAlBeiruti Searched where? Reddit r/shia? I’m not sure why you’re treating this as a personal attack on your “Twitter habits.”Again, it’s much deeper than that
English

@AlMuqaddimahYT Making light of your zina to dunk on Shias? Lol
English

Worst four years of my life were dating a Shia girl. That's why I’m gonna name my son Mu'awiyah so he doesn't have to go through that. 😖
Not saying Shias are bad, just that my experience dating one was terrible. No offense.
desmond@UMAR__74
When shia baddie Broke my heart saying "I cant date you because of your name "
English

@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti I asked a basic question Imamis should have a good answer to and you're talking like there are waves of mass apostasy going on worldwide 💀
English

@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti I searched for an answer and got nothing but "the hadiths say so", so I came here. Why don't you answer it instead of criticising my Twitter habits?
English

@shiismstudies @HasanAlBeiruti Like what exactly is even the point? Do you think you’re going to find someone to answer your question on this retarded website? Why not instead try to find the answer and come share it here? I’m genuinely curious what you think is the benefit in posting questions you cant answer
English

@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti Well it's a good thing I'm not trying to cause doubt. I genuinely don't know how Imamis justify their interpretation. And if such a basic question causes such crushing doubt that someone ends up leaving Twelverism, then Twelverism has bigger problems than me.
English

@shiismstudies @HasanAlBeiruti I don’t know why you’re speaking in plural. I didn’t say you know the truth and are rejecting it for fun. Again, I’m not talking about the content of the question. I’m saying that you must know deep down that trying to cause doubt on Twitter is not a good thing to do.
English

@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti "Don't ask questions, people may have doubts", sounds like what Twelvers accuse Sunnis of
English

@thesymbols14 @HasanAlBeiruti I love how full of yourselves you guys are that you think everyone questioning Twelverism is just a liar who "deep down" knows the truth and is rejecting it for fun.
Something as basic as "how is thaqalayn only about the 12" is a difficult question? Really?
English

@HasanAlBeiruti @thesymbols14 Shia pride ourselves on questioning others, being inquisitive, and not being so insecure that we forbid questioning of our beliefs. We always say we have nothing to be afraid of because our beliefs are so logical and evidence-based. But I'm seeing a lot of insecurity.
English

@HasanAlBeiruti @thesymbols14 It's very weird he insists I answer a question that I don't know the best Imami answer to. I know Imamis will say "because the hadiths say so", but I don't know if they have a better answer, so I asked. And the responses have been lackluster.
English

@al_mualim1 @ammarrbeg Allah was accused of Qarmatianism but according to luis Massignon there’s a letter that al Hallaj wrote to a pre Fatimid Imam urging him to establish the Fatimid state.
English

@PanjtanDaHubdar @IbnAbbas217 I'm not Sunni or Zaydi, but cool theory
English

@IbnAbbas217 It was a long time ago, that's why his reply to you was so vague. This is why I said either Sunni or Zaydi trying to cherrypick only those traditions that fit what he is trying to prove.
It doesnt bother me, as hes been clear hes not a twelver.
After that hes not our problem 😉
English

His reply is to 'pretty sure he still believes in 12 infallible imams......'
Abū Zayd al-ʿĀmilī 🇱🇧@shiismstudies
@IbnAbbas217 @PanjtanDaHubdar Nah I don't
English

@AbuXhaferBektas @lucus090909 So Bektashis like the sahaba?
English

@FakeFulan @Healthcoachzzz The mainstream Twelver ruling is that it's not allowed to pray behind any non-Twelvers except if you have to out of taqiyya. And if you do pray behind them out of taqiyya, either you make the intention of a solitary prayer or else you redo your prayers.
English

@shiismstudies @Healthcoachzzz What is the hukm of praying behind the mubtadi'a according to twelvers?
