You keep the package and send whenever you think you can be operational. I am tired of checking the app and see date getting pushed. My cell wont be active to share otp.

Ordered products from Nykaa and now it keeps on getting delayed.
The product seems to be sitting with delivery partner.
What kind of service it is.raised multiple tickets with
@MyNykaa and they escalated it but still no resolution. Again it is delayed.

@nykaacares I am travelling and have to reorder the items... i'll make sure i keep 1 month buffer if i want to order from Nykaa as they can't be my last minute friend. Guess, I cant even return the items which i am reordering from other vendor. I am in loss

@MyNykaa is failed to deliver an order since 4 days. Everyday they are updating a new ETA. Even after repeated complaints , no action is taken

@nykaacares I am travelling tomorrow and the pkg contains the essentials i wanted for this travel. Expected delivery date was 10th. Xpressbees is saying that there is no complaint from Nykaa. Parcel is sitting at same location sjnce 3 days. I want compensation as i need to order these again

@KFC_India @KFC_India : there has been no follo up from store for resolution. Kindly proceed the refund amount. We cant keep tracking this issue.

@kfc ordered 2 items from Delhi KFC Dwarka outlet but received just 1.
It was not even delivered to door step and our kid went on road to collect the delivery. Out f excitemnt, he didnt check the complete pkg and shared the otp. No response from store once raised the issue.
