Ghana Cedi 14K looks normal, the most annoying thing is how long it took to boot. I need to get one and check the specs cos the specs they’re posting would boot simple.

@web3gurru @koboateng Nothing is EOL? Bro EOL means OEM doesn’t manufacture that particular product again. In this case Lenovo can’t be in on this deal. It’s just the distri and the reseller.. Thats the point I’m trying to make. For an EOL i5 machine in that qtys bro the price tag is MAD!!!!

@SIKAENA1 he said factory designed from OEM, i5 sef be EOL that alone should tell you something. Ebi old stocks. Lenovo has nothing to do with this. It’s either the distri or another third party. OEM won’t give you this Laptop in 2026

@koboateng Maybe there’s 5 yrs premium SLA from OEM included that we don’t know about it hence the price.. Buh EOL Laptop di3 OEM can’t provide support oh unless it’s a third party

@web3gurru @koboateng No two ways about that but Lenovo no dey manufacture i5’s anymore. Lenovo doesn’t know anything about this customization and supposing all the above stated is true, the price tag is still questionable. i3, i5, i7 and i9 are all EOL Bro. You can’t go to apple for XR or 7plus

Today, we began distributing laptops to about 130 learning centres and 12 Universities. A total of 10,000 laptops are to be distributed in this phase. Next week, the portal will open to allow fresh registrations and for previous registrants to select their courses and learning centres. The #OMCP is active! 🦁🇬🇭🔥
