We are indeed currently in the process of large changes to EF leadership structure, which has been ongoing for close to a year. Some of this has already been executed on and made public, and some is still in progress. What we're trying to achieve is primarily the following goals: * Improve level of technical expertise within EF leadership * Improve two-way communications and ties between EF leadership and the ecosystem actors, old and new, that it is our role to support: users (individual and institutional), app devs, wallets, L2s * Bring in fresh talent, improve execution ability and speed * Become more actively supportive of app builders, and make sure important values and inalienable rights (esp privacy, open source, censorship resistance) are a reality for users including at the app layer * Continue to increase our use of decentralized and privacy tech and the Ethereum chain, including for payments and treasury management Explicit *non-goals* are: * Execute some kind of ideological / vibez pivot from feminized wef soyboy mentality to bronze age mindset * Start aggressively lobbying regulators and powerful political figures (esp in USA, but really anywhere, especially large powerful countries), and risking compromising Ethereum's position as a global neutral platform * Become an arena for vested interests * Become a highly centralized org, or even more of a "main character" within Ethereum These things aren't what EF does and this isn't going to change. People seeking a different vision are welcome to start their own orgs.

Azuki floor price has returned to pre Animecoin tokenomics levels.
Partly due to speculations about snapshots that are not accurate.
Here's how it actually works:
There will be two $ANIME checkers for Azuki NFTs.
The first will be a "simulation" after which you will see the base points per Azuki/Elemental/Beanz.
The Animecoin allocation is tied to the NFT, not the wallet. This means that if you sell your NFT before TGE, you will also lose the allocation.
The second checker also takes bonus points into account (based on Collector Status, special traits etc).
Again, the allocation is still tied to the NFTs.
If you sell before claim, you lose the allocation and the buyer of the NFT also buys the associated Animecoin allocation.
Once the claim is open, each NFT can claim their own individual allocation based on their points.
Read that again and really understand it. I'm 100% sure we'll see some people dump their Azukis into bids after the checker goes live.

My conviction in Pudgy Penguins and $PENGU was deeply influenced by their ability to capture mainstream adoption on social media.
Proof: Pudgy Penguins have over 17mil likes and 500k followers on TikTok alone.
I'm now applying that same conviction to Azuki.
Azuki has also shown they dominate in their own market on social media.

What I also love about both projects is that they complement each other.

Bro, stop lumping Azuki in with these other collections rushing to launch a token as a last-ditch effort. They've been planning this shit for over a year with reward systems like Collector's Status, and their vision is on a completely different level.
Look at what they’ve built: Anime.com, AnimeChain, and AnimeCoin, all part of a long-term strategy to reshape the anime industry and create a full-stack ecosystem. Azuki and @animecoin deserve more credit for recognizing the NFT + Token meta nearly a year ago. While they obv weren’t the first, they clearly saw the trend coming and built what is undeniably the most comprehensive and collector-focused system in the space.
This system is designed to reward legitimate collectors, factoring in rarity, traits, hold time—all seamlessly baked into its mechanics. While this approach might not work for every collection, it’s a perfect fit for Azuki and its community of collectors.
