@shipstationhelp Unable to login, though I can see I'm not the first one to tell you this on x. May I point out that this year, your login system went back to 2003 in terms of reliability and speed. It requires window focus to login - you can't click login and hop to other tabs.

@ShipStation is annoying af. I login using Google, then it asks me for my shipstation password to send me a 3rd code that it wants Why even have the Google signin option ?

I’m still learning this shit but god forbid there’s a snafu between bandcamp or shipstation do not worry - I WILL get orders to you one way or another.

I forgot to advertise cuz I did it at like 4am then got stoned and went to bed but merch is OFFICIALLY on bandcamp 🎉 (still figuring out the smoothest ways to do merch orders so just an fyi to whoever places the first orders you’re kinda my guinea pig to make sure it all works)

@ShipStation @shipstationhelp YOUR SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS! No phone number to call and talk to anyone makes it even worse. First mobile app is unusable. Then printing from the website is unusable. Then can’t access my account. “Support Ticket” just regurgitates useless 💩

FYI, @ShipStation @shipstationhelp Chat DOES have humans who also couldn't help but at least they tried!!

@Plaid just admitted to me that they have NO humans for tech support. I had to chat with SALES because the AI Bot they have for Customer Support could not help and kept me in a LOOP. If considering them I'd wait for them to GROW UP and offer human support like a big company.

Speaking of shipping things, before I forget…does anyone use the ShipStation app? Do you like it? Does it cut down on costs? Or is there another app you use that you feel is better? This is all new territory for me so I’m trying to learn and reduce costs!

Does anyone else experience continuous login issues with the #ShipStation mobile app? See the attached photo. This has been ongoing for eight weeks now, and support rarely responds. Only canned responses are randomly sent, reminding you to ensure you are using the correct password. We have been using ShipStation since 2017. The support used to be fairly good, but I'm unsure what's happening now. #stampscom #acutane
