I was the moderator during the Case Based Oral Assessment (CBOA) today for a OT student in my team - it reminded me of 2 years ago when I was a student. I actually quite miss uni! (If you know, you know) 👩🏻‍🎓 @CovUniOT

As most of us enjoy having a sleep in on a Sunday, it’s a good time to promote sleep and rest as part of OT week. Having the right amount of sleep and rest is important so we are able to complete the things that are meaningful to us. @HayleyHodgsonOT @uhltherapy @shivanitheOT
